Equipo

Equipo is a software startup I am currently working for as their Chief Product Officer. My primary responsibilities are defining and executing product vision aligned with company objectives, maintaining roadmap with clear priorities while establishing development best practices and ensuring usability. My role also includes fostering stakeholder relationships through regular engagement, conducting user interviews to gather insights that drive product decisions. I am also leading end-to-end the product design process, including Figma prototyping, iterative testing, and effective communication with the development team.

The Figma prototyping contains some confidential information and proprietary knowledge so I won’t be sharing the link to the clickable Figma prototype. Upon request, I can do a live demo of the product and Figma prototype I’ve created.
